Member overcomes brain injury to become a pilot

Late last year one of our members had an inspirational write-up in the Rotorua Daily post.

While Jason did not have brain ‘surgery’ as per the headline in the paper, it was all the same – a serious injury to his frontal lobe (not temporal – sometimes the tabloids do get things a little wrong).

Jason has been with the Rotorua Aero Club now for some time, this is his third year and is an active member who is always trying to help others get the most out of their interests in aviation.

Come over to the club and say hello, or visit us most Sundays at the Business Hub of Rotorua Airport, where he will most often be helping out our instructors and over-seeing that things are working smoothly for our students and anyone interested in joining in.
